We have been trying to decide on where we will hold our big day. And now we are just down to two choices. The first one is a beautiful Garden inside the Metro and the other is a wonderful beach three hours away from the city.
Fernbrook Gardens
The best garden wedding venue has arrived at the South. FERNBROOK GARDENS located at New Alabang as the only venue in its area that artistically combines the beauty of an all-natural terrain with the assurance of world-class amenities.
Fernbrook Gardens' main structure is a collection of vast function halls showcasing Victorian or touches of the Byzantine Era inspired designs intricately connected in the middle by a lagoon-like promenade. - Easy enough to drive to since most of the visitors will be coming from the city.
- Cheaper than a destination wedding.
- Fantasy-esque design and beautiful details.
Cons
- I feel that there is not enough space when attending garden weddings.
- Too common in the Philippines.
- The venue will be available only for use for 5 hours including everything.
- Costly to decorate.

Pros
- The bride wants a beach wedding. She has told me that a looooong time ago.
- The place is beautiful!
- Designing the place will not be a problem since it will be a beach theme. Even the clothes need not be that extravagant.
- We can have the place from the wedding morning to the next day noon! Plus the package comes with accommodations + breakfast for 60 guests (a requirement to book the place).
Cons
- It's expensive but manageable - maybe we have to cut down the guest list.
- It's far from the city - about 3 hours away!
